PLUMBING PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST- INSIDE

Full-Time, In Office

MON-FRI 7:30 am-4:30 pm

OVERVIEW:

As a full-time inside Plumbing Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day supply chain activities supporting the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

· Providing prompt customer service via phone and email

· Placing customer orders, providing quotes, and assisting with customer inquiries, including technical support

· Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

· Maintaining current pricing information

· Assisting in maintaining accurate inventory records

· Collaborating with sales teams and leadership on customer specific strategies

· Coordinating resources to respond to customer supply chain needs

· Other duties as assigned

· Previous plumbing product experience a plus
