Nick Hanes
Principal
Nick Hanes has been the owner of BWA South since 2011, after working in many facets of the plumbing wholesale industry following his graduation from Muskingum College. Under Nick’s leadership, BWA South has grown exponentially in adding warehousing, offices, technology, and people. Besides running our company, Nick continues to serve on many of our manufacturers’ rep councils and with the American Supply Association, Builders Exchange, North Central Wholesalers Association (NCWA) Young Executives, and more.
Mitchell Goldschmidt
Director of Sales Operations
Mitchell Goldschmidt began with BWA South in 2019 in Outside Sales in the central Ohio market. After graduating from college in 2009, Mitchell spent years afterward working as national sales manager for a large HVAC manufacturer as well as a well-known tool manufacturer.
Jerry Sulecki
Special Projects
Jerry Sulecki co-owned and managed U.S. Consolidation prior to the company’s acquisition by BWA South in 2018. In addition to extensive sales and business management experience, he has more than 30 years of experience working with every facet of our industry across five states.
Justin Paisley
Human Resources
Justin Paisley came to BWA South in 2025. With 7 years of Human Resources experience, he is excited to support the team and help the organization grow for years to come.
Khadijah Bey
Accounting Associate
Khadijah Bey joined BWA South in 2022 after working for 12 years in various roles in the financial services industry. Her background in finance and her analytical skills are a great asset to our team.
Zack Cook
Warehouse Operations Manager
Zack Cook came to BWA South in 2018 after working in the plumbing wholesale industry in the Cincinnati/Dayton area. As a third-generation plumbing industry expert, he has worked in virtually every aspect of our industry since 1996. Zack’s years of experience and connections are a tremendous asset to our customer base.
Josh Strother
Corporate Trainer
Josh Strother joined BWA South in 2025, with more than 15 years of experience in instructional design, technical and soft skills training, and organizational development. He has built and led multiple training functions and looks forward to helping the team grow their current skills and develop new ones.
Morgan Hanes

Morgan Hanes joined BWA South in 2025. Morgan is currently enrolled in college and is working towards her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. She is excited to learn from our employees, customers, and manufacturers.

Aaron Briggs
Director of Sales
Aaron Briggs joined BWA South in 1999 and now calls on wholesalers, contractors, and engineers, enjoying diverse opportunities within each division and collaborating on commercial and residential projects. He assists engineers with project specifications and product trainings, and helps support wholesalers with new product releases, stocking levels, and contractor support. With prior experience in warehouse, quotation, and inside-sales roles, Aaron now uses his diverse skill set to conduct on-site contractor training that provides BWA South customers with new and labor-saving products and a healthier bottom line.
Jeff Bargdill
Sales Support – Warehouse
Jeff Bargdill started with BWA South in 2018 in the Columbus facility, having worked in logistics since 2002. His customer service and warehouse skills ensure orders are correctly filled and expediently shipped.
Alex Bunton
Sales Support
Alex Bunton started with BWA South in 2024. His role before joining BWA South included sales and team driven customer service. He has a strong passion for customer service and relationship building. His drive for seamless communication and meaningful connections helps others meet goals and deadlines .
Mark Campbell
Sales Support – Warehouse
Mark Campbell came to BWA South in 2022 working in our headquarters warehouse in Hilliard, Ohio. Mark spent 30+ years at a large food industry company In Columbus, 17 years as that company’s lead mechanic for their machinery, and 13 years as maintenance supervisor and scheduler. His duties are supported by a strong background in logistical planning, helping us to process orders and deliver products to customers efficiently.
Tony DeNiro
Account Manager
Tony DeNiro joined BWA South in 2021 as an outside salesman for the Cincinnati market. Tony brings more than 30 years of plumbing experience as a licensed plumber and superintendent project manager working for a large construction company in Cincinnati. Tony’s vast skill set and knowledge of all aspects of our industry makes him a valuable asset to our customers and our company.
Chad Dill
Sales Support
Chad Dill joined BWA South in 2025. He brings with him 30+ years of wholesale knowledge, in all facets of customer service. Chad enjoys fishing and cheering on the Buckeyes and is also the public address announcer for his local high school.
Molly Emery
Sales Support
Molly Emery came to BWA South in 2016 after years of working for plumbing wholesalers in the Columbus area. While she originally focused in the showroom beginning in 2003, Molly’s drive and desire to learn have enabled her to branch out to become proficient in every manufacturer we represent. Her energy and attention to detail in both customer service and order entry make her instrumental to serving our customers and our company.
Tim Gleich
Account Manager
Tim Gleich joined BWA South in 1996 and has worked in Outside Sales in the Columbus market since 1999. His experience in quotations, inside sales, and warehouse has served him well in educating customers about new product offerings, installation methods, and more. He enjoys the opportunity to work with engineers, contractors, wholesalers, and building owners throughout the entire buying and installation process.
Reed Hanes

Reed Hanes joined BWA South ain 2023 after working for a mechanical contractor based out of Dayton. Reed is excited to join the BWA South team and will be working while finishing school. He enjoys cheering on the Buckeyes and Browns in his free time.
Alex Howells
Sales Support – Warehouse
Alex Howells started with BWA South in 2016 in the Columbus warehouse, and through hard work has earned the position of Warehouse Manager. In addition to managing our 32,000-square-foot headquarters facility, Alex also helps wherever he can with incoming calls, order entry, and more.
Kelsey Hughes

Kelsey Hughes joined BWA South in 2023, bringing with her 4 years of Project Manager experience. In her work she combines precision and elegance to redefine standards. Kelsey helps deliver solutions that seamlessly blend functionality with aesthetic allure.

Rachel Korom started with BWA South in 2021. Since earning her degree in Business Administration, Rachel has had more than 25 years of customer service experience. This background, and her expertise especially with Zurn, make her a very welcome addition to our team.

Lisa Lively has been with BWA South since 2013, working in Inside Sales and Order Entry. She joined our team after spending eight years at a large plumbing wholesaler in the Columbus market. Lisa accesses her experience and knowledge to provide a truly unique customer experience.
Steve Quin

Steve Quin joined BWA South in 2017. Prior to that he worked for some of the top wholesalers in the Columbus market, starting in the warehouse and working his was up to Inside Sales. His experience in every aspect of our industry is a true asset to our varied customer base.
Brad Robinson
Sales Support – Project Manager
Brad Robinson joined BWA South in August 2022 as Project Manager for the Central & Southern Ohio Team. Brad has many years of experience in commercial plumbing quotations working for a large, multi-branch plumbing wholesaler. That experience and his attention to detail make Brad a valuable asset in continuing to grow our market share.

David joined BWA South in 2024 as part of our Warehouse team. With his strong background in warehouse and logistics, his skills help to ensure orders are filled and shipped accurately and expeditiously.

Heather West joined the BWA South team in 2020 as part of our Quotations and Inside Sales teams. Heather started in our industry in the 1980s and has worked at several top wholesalers and contractors in the Dayton market. She brings a wealth of experience, connections, and organizational skills that help to shape our quotations and sales as we continue to grow.

Ryan Cefalu
Director of Sales
After graduating from the University of Mount Union and working for a large plumbing wholesaler, Ryan Cefalu joined U.S. Consolidated in 2017 then BWA South in 2018 following the company’s acquisition of U.S. Consolidated. Ryan continues to drive commercial and residential business across all lines by working with contractors, wholesalers, and specifiers in the northern Ohio market. He prides himself on being a valued resource to his customers by providing solutions and helping them achieve their professional goals.

Emily Casto started with BWA South in 2021 after working for a plumbing wholesaler in Ohio for more than 20 years in customer service and quotations. Having grown up in her father’s plumbing company, Emily has experience in virtually every aspect of our industry, making her a great addition to our team.
Lou D’Amico

Lou D’Amico joined our team in 2020 in our new Valley View (Cleveland) warehouse. He started in our industry in 2004, working in the warehouse of a local manufacturer’s rep. Lou’s years of experience, commitment to customer service, enthusiasm, and specialized mechanical skills, particularly for our warehoused Zurn products, make him a key team member and big asset to our customers.
Mike Mudra

Mike Mudra joined BWA South in 2020 as the Warehouse Manager for our new Valley View (Cleveland) location as well as Zurn product expert for the northern Ohio market. Starting in the industry with a local wholesaler in 1988, Mike has worked in every facet of warehousing, inventory control, order entry, and product service. His vast skill set and dedication, particularly with Zurn, make him an invaluable asset to our contractors, wholesalers, and BWA South team.
Patrick O’Hara

Pat O’Hara started with BWA South in 2021, working in our Northern Ohio territory. Pat previously worked with another rep agency for Zurn Elkay, and we are excited to have his experience and knowledge on the team.
Luke Seelie
Sales Support
Luke Seelie joined BWA South in 2023 in our Valley View (Cleveland) location. Luke previously worked in a different industry in which his role included sales, inventory control, product specifications, as well as order entry. His work ethic and detail-orientation make him a valuable resource on the BWA South team.
Beverly Smith

Beverly Smith started with BWA South in 2020 in our new Valley View (Cleveland) warehouse after working in a local rep’s warehouse since 2017. Prior to that, Beverly worked in key positions in the banking and telemarketing industries. The skill sets she brings from those roles, combined with her attention to detail and enthusiasm for her job, make Bev a welcome face to all customers coming to our warehouse.
Jason Smith

Jason Smith has worked in outside sales in northern Ohio since 2002. After working for a plumbing wholesaler, he now calls on contractors, wholesalers, and specifiers. His range of knowledge allows him to provide education and guidance on all of BWA South’s lines for both residential and commercial products.
Kevin Stauffer
Sales Support – Project Manager
Kevin Stauffer came to BWA South’s Cleveland team in 2022 from a local plumbing wholesaler. Kevin has spent almost his entire professional career in driving and supporting sales with years of experience in sales engineering support, project management, and product management. He has worked for manufacturers, wholesalers, and rep groups providing a unique perspective that has resulted in a talent for drawing together disparate resources. Kevin’s attention to detail and his enthusiasm make him a valuable resource.

Mark Dirksen
Director of Sales
Mark Dirksen joined BWA South in 2021 as Sales Manager in our Indiana market. He spent his previous eight years working in outside sales and sales manager roles for one of the largest industrial distributors in North America. Mark’s goal is to build a business centered around quality products and service for our Indiana customers.
Keegan Boyd

Keegan joined the team in 2024 to serve our Northern Indiana market. He brings 8 years of outside sales and account management experience to his role. His focus on customer service and relationships will be a great benefit to our customers.

Tim Steffy joined BWA South in 1980 in the Columbus warehouse. From there he worked on anything that was asked of him, eventually moving to Outside Sales in central and southern Ohio for more than 30 years. Tim voluntarily came back to help in Inside Sales and Quotations, and as our longest tenured associate he makes taking care our customers’ needs his Number 1 priority.

Sam Gravely started with BWA South in 2024 and is based out of West Virginia. He started his career working in the plumbing and mechanical wholesale industry. After four years in the wholesale industry, Sam started his journey as a plumber/pipefitter in WV where he became a licensed plumber. Sam’s knowledge of and experience in the trade are great assets he brings with him to serve the West Virginia market.

Duane joined BWA South in 2023 as a Warehouse Associate. Prior to BWA South, he was the warehouse supervisor for a large Pittsburgh beverage wholesaler. During his tenure there, he focused on organization and reducing error in the warehouse; that experience helps to ensure orders are processed efficiently for our customers.
Devin McGee

Devin McGee is responsible for inside sales and quotes. Prior to joining BWA South, he worked in facilities management/services for 10 years, providing contract management. He brings his decade of experience in support and services to assist BWA South customers.
Louis Stamerra Sr.
Account Manager
Louis Stamerra Sr. started with BWA South in 2022 after spending several years in outside sales calling on wholesalers, distributors, showrooms, and architects for another rep firm in the Western Pennsylvania market. Before that he worked in sales leadership and management roles for large, service-oriented retail companies. Louis brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team that will help to continue to grow our business relationships in the market.
